Few lichens have been recorded from the Caribbean island of Curaçao. A first list from Curaçao is presented, with 79 taxa of lichens and lichenicolous fungi. It is mainly based on new records from collections made by the authors in 2013 and 2018, on few previously published records and some herbarium specimens. Polymeridium pusillum is described as new to science and notes on the overlooked Ramalina microphylla are provided.
