This evaluation study looks at the design, operation and experiences with complex projects. In chapters 1 and 2, the document provides a description and state of affairs of complex projects in Flanders. Chapter 3 contains a processing of answers that were collected via a survey with a group of involved actors. Finally, the last chapter describes the conclusions and reflections on these answers and links these back to the description of the instrument in the literature.
