The LIVCOL and PHASEO databases are tools used for the daily management, respectively, of living collections and the collection of wild beans. If the software used, PROGRESS, is common to both databases, they differ greatly in their respective structure, description and coding of their variables. In order to preserve as much data as possible and facilitate the transition to a new management system, it was decided to merge the two databases, or more precisely to integrate PHASEO data in LIVCOL.
