In these notes I explain some of the taxonomic decisions made for the treatment of some Coffeeae
taxa in Flore d’Afrique centrale (Robbrecht et al. 2024) , the rationale being too long for being included in the Flore itself. BR barcode numbers of specimens are given to allow rapid access to
