This report describes the development and updating of the land use files and the derived 'land use' and 'settlement area' geolayers for the reference year 2025 for Flanders. It also describes the evolution of these spatial phenomena since 2013. It is the result of an ongoing development and is based on a combination of the best available and relevant spatial data in Flanders. In other words, no targeted fieldwork was carried out in the context of compiling these land use files.
