This study aims to increase the knowledge of the characteristics of the deposits present in the shallow subsurface of the Antwerp region. For this purpose, an inventory was made of relevant data already available. In addition, a new analysis campaign was set up to further identify the more general characteristics of the present and relevant units and, in a subsequent phase, more specifically
and in a next phase to identify more specifically building-technical oriented parameters.
