This technical report describes the methodology and results of the evaluation of the threshold values in the assessment frameworks of the Nitrogen Decree. The evaluation was based on permits issued from February 23, 2024, through October 1, 2025. The same analyses were performed on reported nitrogen emissions from 2023. For mobility-related projects, the extent to which the downward deposition trend in the Transport sector is continuing was examined. Based on the analyses of permits equal to or below the threshold value, it can be concluded that the current threshold values can be maintained.
