Cycling and walking maps used to calculate the distance decay functions for radiating node value and facilities level. The maps indicate how many minutes of travel time are spent in the grid cell, given the specified speed for the road type.
The maps are formatted and applied to a resolution of 25x25m². A value of 0.1 min corresponds to a speed of 15 km/h, a value of 0.375 min corresponds to a speed of 4 km/h, a value of 0.75 min corresponds to a speed of 2 km/h you. A very high value (10,000) is given to a barrier.
